Neighborhoods

Bridlewood is composed of 11 unique neighborhoods, and all homeowners have access to Bridlewood’s premier amenities.
 
Owners at Bridlewood enjoy an attractive common area landscape, two community pools, five tennis courts, a basketball court, a fitness center, walking and biking paths, playgrounds, and amenities maintained and provided for Bridlewood Homeowners Association, Inc. members.
Balmoral
 
The Balmoral fountain creates a grand entrance to this neighborhood of stately homes.
 
House sizes: 4,000-4,600 sq. ft.
 
Belmont

A wonderful, family-friendly neighborhood that is closest to the middle school. It is also the closest neighborhood to the back entrance to Bridlewood. From the back entrance, shopping is just two minutes away.
 
House sizes: 2,700-3,700 sq. ft.
Bridlewood Farms
 
Beautiful estate homes on larger lots grace “The Farms.” Proximity to the Bridlewood Equestrian Center makes this neighborhood ideal for horse owners. 
 
House sizes: approximately 4,100 sq. ft.
 
Bristol Place
 
The tennis courts, basketball court, fitness center, and Amenity Center are all in this neighborhood and within walking distance for many Bristol Place residents.
 
House sizes: 2,800-3,700 sq. ft.
Carriage Glen
 
Carriage Glen boasts beautiful homes and its own neighborhood entrance on Cross Timbers Road.
 
House sizes: 3,200-3,800 sq. ft.
Coventry

Bridlewood’s largest neighborhood is divided into three phases. Many homes in Coventry have wonderful golf course views.

Lexington Downs
 
This family-friendly neighborhood backs up to Spring Lake Park, a beautiful natural public park with trails.  
 
House sizes: 2,000-3,750 sq. ft.
Remington Park
 
Post oaks and other native trees grace the front and backyards of many homes in Remington Park. A treed pocket park with a playground is nestled in this neighborhood. This neighborhood is close to Bridlewood Elementary.  
 
House sizes: 2,400-3,900 sq. ft.
Steeplechase

With golf holes on all sides of the neighborhood, beautiful golf course views are available in Steeplechase.
 
House sizes: 3,800-5,500 sq. ft.
The Reserve

Bridlewood’s most prestigious neighborhood sits at the end of Country Club Drive. Residents of The Reserve share all of Bridlewood’s many amenities, plus have the security and exclusivity of a gated community. Residents of The Reserve belong to both the Bridlewood and The Reserve HOAs.  
 
House sizes: 4,600-6,800 sq. ft.
Windsor Heights

This little gem of a community is for those looking for a low-maintenance alternative option. Front yard home maintenance is included in Windsor Heights HOA dues. The Windsor Heights HOA also arranges social events exclusively for its residents. This neighborhood backs up to Spring Lake Park, a beautiful natural public park with trails. Residents are also a short walk away from the Windsor pool and golf course. Residents of Windsor Heights belong to both the Bridlewood and Windsor Heights HOAs.
