10. How do I reserve a court to play pickle ball/tennis?
We use RMC www.reservemycourt.com
a. Club Name – Bridlewood
b. Courts 1A, 1B, 5A and 5B are for pickleball. Please do not reserve court 1 or 5 if you are playing pickleball, make sure it’s the A/B side. If the area is grayed out the someone, has it reserved already, and you will need to pick another date or time.
9. What are the hours of the Fitness Center:
The fitness center is open 24/7 unless otherwise notified.
8. Do you have a Notary on site/Is there a fee?
Yes, I am a notary, and I offer this free of charge to all Bridlewood Residents. We just ask that you call before you come to the office to make sure I’m available, so you don’t have to make two trips.
7. I lost my access card; how do I replace it?
Please stop by our office for a replacement. The replacement cost is $25 for a card or $35 for a fob. We can only accept checks, and they need to be made out to Bridlewood HOA.
6. When do the pools open/close?
The pools open May 1st and close on October 31st.
5. How do I get the Street Light fixed near my house?
The lights are owned and maintained by CoServ. Each light has a tag on it with a serial number. Call CoServ, give them the tag number and they will send a crew out to fix it.
4. How do I tell who owns the fence between me and my neighbor? Fences are on the property line and are considered a “Shared” fence. Work with your neighbor to split the cost of the repair/replacement.
3. My neighbor has a/an (insert exterior modification), so does that mean they are allowed and I don’t need to get approval?
No, ALL EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS have to have approval from the ARC committee prior to work starting. Most will also require obtaining a permit from the Town of Flower Mound prior to approval.

1. And the Number One question we get asked most…… How much does it cost to rent the amenity center?
The deposit is $300, the rental fee is $100 for the first hour then $50 for each additional hour. These must be paid with separate checks made out to Bridlewood HOA and you must be current on your Dues.
