 Any citizen can report a vehicle that has been parked on Belemonte for more than 24 hours without moving. Call Deputy Wold at 786-5495. You will need to provide a description of the vehicle, including license plate, and the closest cross street. You will be asked for your name and telephone number. A sheriff will come out and put a notice on the vehicle which states that it must be moved in the next 24 hours or it is subject to towing.

 

Our HOA has been lenient about vehicles being parked for short periods of time on Belemonte Drive. Many times there are family functions (i.e. holidays, BBQ’s, house guests, etc.) that necessitate giving the owners of those vehicles the benefit of the doubt. Please use your best judgment if you wish to report a vehicle to the authorities.
