 We must have your vote on whether or not to do a full audit.  We need a certain percentage of homeowners to make it a valid vote so please vote.  The board recommends a "NO" vote, you may see financial reports any time if you have any questions.  We present them at every board meeting and the new budget was approved at the Annual HOA meeting in March.  

   Last time 3 board members made the effort to visit every household that did not vote right away and ask them to vote.  If we do not receive enough votes this time we will not be putting the extra effort and the HOA will have to pay for the audit.
