Christmas Tree Disposal

 All Thurston Co. Residents:
Trees are accepted from Dec 26 -Jan 9 (except Jan 1) from 8AM to 5PM at the Waste and Recovery Center, 2418 Hogum Bay Road NE, Lacey
 
Curbside Christmas Tree Collection:
A. Refuse customers with active yard waste service may set trees out on your scheduled yard waste collection day, beside your yard wast tote. Trees need to be free of all foreign object (Ex: tinsel and ornaments). Trees must be cut in 3 foot sections.
 
B. Refuse customers without active yard waste collection may set out trees on any regular garbage collection day and will be charged extra units (according to size). Trees must be cut in 3 foot sections.
 
Note: We are NOT City of Tumwater residents and can not place trees on the nearest corner for pick up.
