 The lock is now lose and the door does not close tightly anymore. Inside was a sign that said, “Do Not be alarmed there will be 2 people roaming the neighbor hood. Do not try to track us down. Sincerely, The Roamers TR” I also found the same sign pinned to the park sign post and a tree near the front entrance. Who ever did this just cost the whole development more money because I think we will have to replace the lock on that bulletin board door soon.

Our property management company has told us that we have more vandalism than any other area they manage. I thought the “problem” moved away because we went a few months with no problems but November and December have proved that wrong. Please keep your eyes open and do not be afraid to take a picture if you see any negative activity. Do not confront the kids you may get retaliation.
