Change to Our Online Payment Provider

Beginning May 22, 2017, we will be working with ClickPay as our new provider for accepting homeowner payments online. ClickPay will be replacing our existing online payment provider as the preferred way of accepting homeowner payments. Homeowners will be required to activate their new account with ClickPay on or after May 22, 2017 in order to pay online moving forward.

Bridlewood Homeowners Association

Bridlewood homeowners are automatically a member of the homeowners association and, as such, can enjoy planned community living at its best. Some of the advantages of planned community living include amenities and services that are shared at a low cost, the enhancement of property values, and the enforcement of protective standards.

Affairs of the Bridlewood Homeowners Association are overseen by an elected Board of Directors made up of five residents who serve staggered two year terms. On behalf of the community, the Board contracts with FirstService Residential, a professional management company that manages the day-to-day financial and physical affairs of the Association.
