HOA Management

Bridlewood is a community with a Homeowners Association. Homeowners pay dues to the
Association which is used to provide amenities, maintain the facilities and common area, provide activities and staff association management roles.

Bridlewood homeowners are automatically a member of the homeowners association and, as such, can enjoy planned community living at its best. Some of the advantages of planned community living include amenities and services that are shared at a low cost, the enhancement of property values, and the enforcement of protective standards.

Affairs of the Bridlewood Homeowners Association are overseen by an elected Board of Directors made up of five residents who serve staggered two year terms. On behalf of the community, the Board contracts with Premier Communities, a professional management company that manages the day-to-day financial and physical affairs of the
Association.
